Documents may be obtained for a purchase price as listed on their website. All payments are to be made to Duncan Parnell. Prospective bidders must purchase Bidding Documents directly through Duncan Parnell in order to be considered an official plan holder. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A pre-bid conference will be held remotely via Teams Video Conferencing at 10:00am local time on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
