Project Description:
Midland County Utility District ("Owner" or "MCUD") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors for Phase 1 Construction of the MCUD Metal Building Administrative Facility.
The Phase 1 project consists of a complete engineered slab-on-grade foundation system, under-slab plumbing and utility infrastructure, pre-engineered metal building shell, exterior storefront and glazing systems, exterior architectural elements, and all associated work required to provide a complete weather-tight building shell suitable for future interior tenant improvements.
This procurement is limited to Phase 1 only. Interior tenant improvement components depicted on the conceptual drawings, including but not limited to interior framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing distribution systems, HVAC equipment, interior finishes, casework, fixtures, and related build-out items, are expressly excluded from this solicitation and may be included under a separate future contract.
