    The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Mechanical Repairs, Services & Parts for District Fleet Vehicles that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis. The period of performance is from date of award through November 30, 2026, with the option to extend for four (4) additional years in one (1) year increments. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP. *IF YOU WERE PREVIOUSLY AWARDED TO ANY VERSION OF RFP 20-059 (Mechanical Repairs, Services & Parts for District Fleet Vehicles) YOU "WILL" NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION.* It is the intent of the district to award to vendors who can provide services and products for one or more of the categories listed. This request is not limited to the purchase of services or products listed. Fort Worth ISD reserves the right to purchase similar services and products from each awarded vendor, as needed, if the price is determined to be fair and reasonable.
