    Description

    The New York State Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence (OPDV) is seeking to contract with a qualified contractor to engage in community-based programming integrating social wellbeing, mentorship, and positive masculinity. The following qualifications are prerequisites to apply for this solicitation and will be scored on a pass/fail basis: 1.The proposer, or its principals, must have demonstrable knowledge of best practices in community-based programming, including research and evaluation methods, as well as expertise in social wellbeing, mentorship, and principles of positive masculinity. 2. The proposer must demonstrate prior experience conducting community-based programs with research and evaluation components. This must be evidenced by at least one previous project, though proposers may submit multiple projects to collectively demonstrate required experience. Prior project(s) must include aspects of at least one of the following: a. social wellbeing, b. mentorship, c. positive masculinity. 3. The proposer must be able to submit a proposal priced at less than or equal to $300,000 for the anticipated contract term, as detailed in Section 5.4.1 Budget. The Table below outlines the tentative schedule for important action dates.
