    The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals for Crisis Intervention, a non-licensed program funded through New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) state-aid under the oversight of the Ulster County Department of Mental Health (UCDMH). Crisis intervention services, applicable to adults, children and adolescents, are intended to stabilize behavioral health symptoms and return individuals to pre-crisis levels of functioning and build and strengthen natural supports to maximize community tenure. Programs that exclusively provide phone support, such as warm lines or hot lines are not eligible for this funding. This program code should not be used to report services delivered by any NYS licensed or designated crisis programs. Mobile crisis services delivered by a designated team including CFTSS Mobile Crisis Intervention do not fall under this program code.
