The selected Agency must provide an onsite clinician (20 hours per week) who is employed by, or formally affiliated with, an organization capable of directly accepting referrals and delivering treatment through its own program or provider network. Services are intended to improve timely access to care, strengthen coordination between probation and treatment providers, and support client outcomes through comprehensive assessment, treatment, case management, and communication.
