On May 18, 2026, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors amended its Personnel Policies and Procedures to include 3.29 Craig Tiger Policy and Leave Request. The Board also requested that the Human Resources Department develop a resource listing of healthcare providers that could be distributed to the Sheriff's personnel, dispatch, and adult detention center personnel so if a situation evolved, . The Arizona Officer Craig Tiger Act was enacted to recognize the significant psychological trauma, cumulative stress, and mental health challenges experienced by qualifying public safety personnel in the course of protecting and serving the public.
