Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and shall not be adjusted if the number attendees falls below the estimate. - The Event is being held at the Minnesota State Fair Grounds North End Event Center. - A responsive responder to this solicitation must be certified to perform catering services within the Minnesota State Fair Grounds by the Minnesota State Agriculture Society. - CONTRACT TERMS. The contract term will be from May 1, 2026, or the date contract execution whichever occurs later, through June 30, 2026. - SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is April 22, 2026 at 1:00PM Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Michael Brainard at michael.brainard@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. - SWIFT HELP DESK.
