Metroparks Toledo desires to activate spaces in the International Park (Upriver) neighborhood immediately adjacent to the Glass City Riverwalk – A 5-mile loop along both sides of the Maumee River from Craig Street to The Anthony Wayne Bridge.The project area consists of an approximately 450 square feet steel-sided gable end-wall with a blank facade which the park district desires to place a mural.
