Work includes all labor, materials, tool, equipment, mobilization, bonding, permits and fees, data, and all necessary administration and construction support services (including those described in the Division 1 and 2 Specifications), required to prepare the Site and succcessfully fabricate and install the specified signage and site development as described in accordance with the Contract Documents.  Work consists of, but is not limited to, project costs; traffic control; general site work; adjust/ expand existing irrigation system; provide and install specified trees, shrubs, and/or ground covers; provide and install decorative metal planter walls; provide supplemental watering for plant materials not covered by the irrigation system; provide and install mulch and compost for existing and proposed planting beds; sodding; provid maintenance and warranties per the specifications; and any other provision or requirement not listed here but required by the contract documents.
