The objective of this procurement is to secure a qualified training provider to deliver customized computer training programs that:

WSSC Water has provided computer training for over two decades as a core professional development resource, supporting digital transformation, continuous learning, upskilling, and reskilling across the organization. As technology evolves rapidly, it is critical that employees remain current with industry standards, software updates, and best practices to ensure operational excellence and organizational competitiveness.
Ongoing training in Microsoft Software applications and related collaboration platforms is essential to maintain productivity, improve data analysis capabilities, enhance communication, and reduce reliance on IT Helpdesk resources.
WSSC organization currently partners with a vendor to deliver approximately 40 Microsoft Software related training classes per year. Standard class size averages 16 participants, with larger 90-minute town hall sessions accommodating up to 100 attendees.
Training is delivered through instructor-led training (ILT) in-person and virtual sessions to support varying learner needs. Training materials are provided in both printed and digital formats, depending on the session structure and audience requirements.
The curriculum focuses primarily on the Microsoft Office Suite, with additional ad hoc topics offered as needed to address evolving organizational priorities. Class length options include half-day (3-hour) sessions offered from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and/or 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., full-day (6-hour) sessions from 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break, and 90-minute town hall sessions (typically three delivered within a single day).
