    Description

GENERAL: Olathe Public Schools (or the "District") is soliciting bids for Microsoft Surface Devices & Accessories. Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions attached as well as the applicable provisions of the specifications. SCOPE OF WORK: The District intends to purchase Microsoft Surface devices and accessories as described under the Bid Line Items section in the Line Items Tab of this RFB. The items specified will be deployed to replace devices and accessories currently in use by staff throughout the District. These items are "no-substitute" items and must be bid as specified. Delivery - Items will drop ship to the Technology Support Center, preferably as one bulk shipment, rather than multiple parcel deliveries. A loading dock is available. The awarded Contractor will coordinate with Technology Support Center staff prior to delivery. It is the strong desire that at least 50% of the devices and accessories are delivered to the Technology Support Center by the end of April 2026 to allow for sufficient time to prepare for deployment. Contractor(s) will coordinate with District Technology Support staff on delivery timeline after the award(s) has been made and order(s) placed. Warranty - Contractor(s) shall submit information regarding warranties of items being bid and the kind of support offered regarding warranty issues, including but not limited to, how warranty claims are submitted, what kind of support and/or assistance is offered handling warranty claims, etc. **Contractor(s) shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Contractor shall warrant that all products bid are new and in their original packaging. The Contractor confirms to have sourced all OEM products submitted in this offer from the OEM or through OEM's Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current OEM's applicable policies, at the time of purchase.**
