HTFC may rebid this county at a future date pursuant to a statewide Request for Proposals for LA services. The selected bidder must be ready to start work no later than June 1, 2026. The Bidder must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements indicated below. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the bid proposal. 1. Must be a current LA under contract with HTFC to administer HCVs (including Project Based Vouchers) considered to be in good standing, with no presently unresolved monitoring or compliance issues.
