    Engineer's Estimate: $135,000.00 Project Description: This Contract is for complete grounds and irrigation maintenance work at the DISTRICT’S landscaped sites as set forth in Specification 2750. Work includes the furnishing of all supervision, labor, tools, appropriate specialized equipment, materials, work and pesticide application records, transportation, and proper debris disposal necessary to perform all work as specified and to maintain all properties in a safe, presentable, and healthy condition. Work locations are located at multiple sites in Everett, Wa in Snohomish County, Washington. CONTRACTORS must attend one (1) of the pre-bid meetings and a site inspection tour to be eligible to bid. CONTRACTORS must hold a valid Washington State Commercial Pesticide Applicator License. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
