Online submission of responses is RECOMMENDED and PREFERRED; however, if submitting a hard copy response, sealed responses must be addressed to the GCCISD Purchasing Department at 4544 East Freeway, Baytown, TX 77521, and must be received by the time and date below. Faxed and/or emailed responses will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the above time and date will not be considered. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by campuses and departments in GCCISD. This solicitation is an extended-response bid that will open and close periodically for evaluation purposes. Vendors who have previously been awarded under this solicitation do not need to reapply.
