The unit and its accessories procured will be utilized by our MnDOT District 3 Office located at 3725 12th Street N, St Cloud MN 56303. MnDOT is obtaining equipment that can collect traffic data to fulfill District and Statewide requirements. (Volume, 13Class, Turning Movement Counts, Speed Studies, safety studies, Ped/Bike data, etc.) Please review the following attachments containing important detailed information and describing actions required for a complete response to this solicitation: 1.
