The purpose of this RFB is to establish a lodging (only) facility for approximately 60 guests for the MnDOT Human Resources 2026 Spring Graduate Engineer & Land Surveyor Meeting on May 5-7, 2026 at MnDOT District 6, 2900 48th St NW, Rochester, MN 55901. Lodging is needed for two (2) nights. Check-in will be on May 5, 2026 and check-out on May 7, 2026. The number of guest is an estimate only. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms . Prices listed on the price schedule worksheet are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. The State reserves the right to award this solicitation to a single responder, or to multiple responders, whichever is in the best interest of the State, providing each responder is in compliance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation. The State reserves the right to award to a single responder that can provide all the needed rooms over solutions that would require multiple venues. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to choose a facility that is clean, well maintained and located within the geographical city limits of Rochester, MN.
