A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026, at 11am at Modern Woodmen Park, located at 209 South Gaines St. Davenport, IA 52802. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
