The City Clerk of the City of Modesto, California, will accept bids electronically through the OpenGov Procurement Portal until 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 in accordance with the Contract Documents for the Modesto 2025 Restroom Replacements project.

Box 642, Modesto, CA 95353) prior to 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 with the outside of the bid envelope indicating:
Each bid shall be made out on the Bid Form available through the OpenGov Procurement portal and shall be accompanied by a bid security for not less than 10 percent of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of the City Clerk, City of Modesto, California.
Each bid shall also be accompanied by an executed Local Hire Certification and Skilled and Trained Workforce Certification in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of Chapter 3 of the Modesto Municipal Code.
The above-mentioned bid security shall be given as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into the contract if awarded to them and will be declared forfeited if the successful Bidder refuses to enter into said contract after being notified to do so by the City of Modesto.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a bid.
No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening thereof.

The Modesto 2025 Restroom Replacements project will replace two restrooms within the City of Modesto at Sherwood Park, and Tuolumne River Regional Park Area B, with pre-manufactured restrooms. The old restrooms and concrete paving will be removed and replaced with new ADA compliant elements. The project includes adjustments to the electrical, sewer, water, and irrigation lines to the new buildings.
This project is a public works project. The Bidder must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5.

The payment of Prevailing Wages is required on this project.
