Bid (4) 26-010 Newell District ¾” Class 3 Aggregate Base is expected for “stockpile delivery” at the Newell Maintenance District yard (see map & Bid Form). Bid (5) 26-011 Davis Creek District 1-1/2” Class 2 Aggregate Base is expected for “on-site delivery” to the Davis Creek Maintenance District at County Road 9 (see map & Bid Form). The Vendor is responsible for coordination with the Road Department Superintendent for delivery. Approximate delivery is uncertain at this time but is expected anytime after contract approval. NOTE: Necessary contact information will be provided with awarded contracts. Working days are typically (10hr. shifts) Mon. – Thurs. For bid purposes these are the hours per/day that shall be considered for delivery(s), the County may work overtime hours each day and/or possibly may work Fridays and Saturdays if necessary in order to maintain work schedules.
