    Deliveries will be made to various locations throughout each district. The County will make every effort to consolidate projects and utilize the most efficient delivery methodology. Bid-1 Alturas/Davis Creek/Lookout Maintenance Districts Contract #26-004 Hot mix asphalt (HMA) is for “on-call” delivery to this District for various pavement maintenance operations within the District. The Vendor is responsible for coordination of delivery(s) with the Road Department Superintendent. Delivery is expected to begin the week of June 1st, 2026. Depending on circumstances the Road Department may elect to acquire the material FOB. Bid-2 Newell Maintenance District Contract #26-005 Hot mix asphalt (HMA) is for “on-call” delivery to this District for various pavement maintenance operations within the District. The Vendor is responsible for coordination of delivery(s) with the Road Department Superintendent. Delivery is expected to begin the week of June 1st, 2026. Depending on circumstances the Road Department may elect to acquire the material FOB. Bid-3 Surprise Valley Maintenance District Contract #26-006 Hot mix asphalt (HMA) is for “on-call” delivery to this District for various pavement maintenance operations within the District. The Vendor is responsible for coordination of delivery(s) with the Road Department Superintendent. Delivery is expected to begin the week of June 1st, 2026. Depending on circumstances the Road Department may elect to acquire the material FOB NOTE: Necessary contact information will be provided with awarded contracts. Working days are typically (10hr. shifts) Mon. – Thurs. For bid purposes these are the hours per day that shall be considered for delivery(s).
