    Description

    The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations to establish a supply channel for acquiring, utility beds and/or dump bodies for purchase with/or without installation, for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). Establishing a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) of dealers and/or manufacturers to serve as a market supply channel as specified herein. The award period shall commence from the date of contract execution through February 28, 2026, with up to three (3) one-year renewals periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If a Bidder intends to submit a hard copy bid, the buyer of record must be notified five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept bid responses by email.
