Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Commission Chambers, Room 203, second floor of the Civic Center. “Fire Alarms and Security Systems, Citywide,” Dothan, Alabama, 36303, as indicated in the bid documents, includes the monitoring and servicing of the various fire alarms and security systems in the City of Dothan facilities, as specified. It is strongly recommended that prime bidders attend a Pre-Bid Conference on August 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the General Services office: 288 Complex Drive, Dothan, Alabama. Proposals from bidders with registered attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference will be given preference. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
