    Rancho California Water District (the “District”) is soliciting sealed bids for the furnishing of a new Motor Control Center (MCC) to support planned electrical system improvements at a new District facility.The MCC will serve critical process equipment, including influent pumps, grit handling equipment, and odor control systems, and is intended to replace or integrate with existing electrical infrastructure that has reached the end of its useful life or no longer meets current operational and reliability standards. The new MCC is required to ensure system reliability, enhance operational control, and support safe, long-term operation of essential treatment processes.The scope of this Request for Bid is supply-only and includes engineering, fabrication, factory assembly, factory acceptance testing, documentation, and delivery of a complete MCC. Field installation, field wiring, and on-site commissioning are not included unless expressly stated elsewhere in the bid documents.All equipment furnished under this Request for Bid shall be designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, and delivered in full compliance with the District’s Division 6 – Electrical Specifications, which are incorporated herein by reference and establish mandatory requirements for materials, construction, safety ratings, testing, and approved manufacturers.
