The City requests the electronic copy must be submitted by 11:00am Pacific Time April 22nd, 2026. The Consultant performing the work for the City is expected to be able to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services to prepare plans, obtain permits, and assist with construction administration. Consultants are expected to have previous experience working on commercial reroof projects. The selected consultant will work closely with a City Facilities Project Manager to complete the design.
