The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the contract award is lowest bid totaled in the Base Bid (Part 2 "Price Schedule" of the bid documents) based on measurement and payment estimation. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the project.Work for this project must be substantially completed by May 29, 2026.
