    Description

    The work to be performed under this contract includes; roadway replacement and rehabilitation including but not limited to; mill, overlay, microsurfacing operations, pavement patching, full depth roadway replacement, pavement markings, curb and gutter replacement, and concrete sidewalk installation at the Kansas River WWTP located at 1400 E 8th Street, Lawrence, KS. Major quantities include approximately 27,000 square yards of milling, 32000 tons of asphalt, 3,200 linear feet of curb and gutter and 3,400 square yards of sidewalk.

    Contract Completion:  Time is of the essence and the Contractor shall diligently pursue the work to completion.  Extraordinary delays beyond the control of the contractor may be considered for time extension. The contract time for this project is 180 days.
