    Background

    Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (LVMWD) owns 393 miles of potable water main infrastructure. As the system continues to age and deteriorate, one of LVMWD’s primary goals is to cost-effectively sustain desired service levels through proactive infrastructure management and replacement. To accomplish this, LVMWD has initiated a Potable Water Main Rehabilitation and Replacement Program.
