    Description

    The City of Bellevue (City) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for Construction Administration Support services for an assortment of capital projects with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and other United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) funding. The City is scheduled to award 10 projects over the next 2 to 3 years which include federal funds. This contract will support the Contract Administration group, which is led by the Sr. Contract Administrator. It’s the City’s intent to award one contract. A hybrid work environment may be allowed. The listed projects may be funded wholly or in part by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). As stated in the WSDOT Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) Manual, all consultant costs must comply with the contract cost principals and procedures found in 48 CFR Part 31 – Contract Cost Principles and Procedures. WSDOT’s Consultant Services Office (CSO) must approve the Consultant’s indirect cost rate computations prior to contract execution.
