Multi-Site Staff Lounge Refresh- Dry Creek Elementary & Orchard Elementary

The Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking sealed electronic bids for the Multi-Site Staff Lounge Refresh- Dry Creek Elementary & Orchard Elementary. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the District’s official bidding portal. The bid submission deadline is April 21, 2026 at 12:30 P.M. The bid opening, which is not a public in-person event, will occur virtually on the same day at 12:45 P.M. Bid results will be made available after an internal evaluation period.

CUPCCAA Requirement:

This project is being bid pursuant to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Only contractors currently registered on the Twin Rivers Unified School District’s Informal (CUPCCAA) Bidding List through Quality Bidders at the time of bid submission will be eligible to submit a bid. Bidders who are not on the District’s CUPCCAA bidding list for the applicable trade and scope of work will be deemed non-responsive and their bids will not be considered. Contractors may apply to be added to the District’s CUPCCAA bidding list through Quality Bidders prior to the bid deadline.
