A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the Museum of Northwest Colorado located at 590 Yampa Ave, Craig CO, 81625. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory to be eligible to submit a bid. No proposal shall be withdrawn after opening the proposals without the consent of the City of Craig, for a period of 60 days following the scheduled proposal opening. The City of Craig reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposals.
