The intent is to award a contract under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15 for the purchase of Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The vendor with the highest- ranking will be selected to negotiate a contract at compensation determined to be fair and reasonable. If fair and reasonable compensation, contract requirements, and contract documents cannot be agreed upon with the highest ranked vendor, the state may proceed with negotiations with the next highest ranked vendor. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications.To ensure submissions contain all the required information, State Purchasing would prefer that potential vendors submit their responses through the U3P system. However, State Purchasing will accept e-mail submissions for MW26-13-1 (this solicitation). To submit your Statement of Qualifications via e-mail, send the e-mail to mwoodward@utah.gov with a subject line of "MW26-13-1 Statement of Qualifications submission". Submission e-mails must be received by the MW26-13-1 submission deadline (per the date / time stamp in the mwoodward@utah.gov e-mail history record). Late submissions will not be accepted.
