Additional work includes a grade-level vehicular sallyport and controlled DOC access, elevator/core and service-area modifications, and a secured 11th-floor rooftop active and passive recreation area with new structural supports, roofing and security enclosures. The project also includes hazardous-material abatement and complete HVAC, plumbing, fire-protection, electrical, lighting, fire-alarm, telecommunications, AV and security-system installations and tie-ins. Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
