    Description

    Prismatic Development Corporation, a GC located in Fairfield, NJ invites qualified MWBE and SDVOB firms to submit proposals for the the rehabilitation and electrical infrastructure upgrade of the existing precast concrete parking structure located within the Department of Corrections campus at the Norwood Jackson Correctional Center Grasslands Campus in Valhalla, Westchester County, NY. The project is prevailing wage, and subject to a PLA. The main SOW is as follows: Work under this contract shall include but not be limited to the following items: structural column and double T beam concrete repairs, repair and/or replacement of existing shear connectors, removal and replacement of existing caulked and expansion joints, structural epoxy injections, removal and replacement of the existing traffic wearing membrane, parking stalls striping, removal and replacement of surface drains and existing above ground drainage piping, installation of a new dry standpipe, removal and replacement of asphalt pavement for duct bank installation, removal and replacement of existing chainlink fencing, removal and replacement of existing deteriorated electrical components, conduits and light fixtures, installation of a new power duct bank feed, new communication infrastructure and electrical infrastructure to support new EV charging stations.
