Holbrook, purchasing agent via email to purchasing@iid.com. Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending this mandatory meeting (see attached files). Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending. Closed toe shoes are required for each visitor.2.
