    This courtesy posting is provided as notice of the State of Utah's intent to participate in the contracts resulting from the NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposal (RFP) for Fire Trucks and Fire Apparatus in a solicitation lead by the State of Mississippi. The Solicitation is now available to download online at: NASPO ValuePoint website at: www.naspovaluepoint.org/solicitation-information. The solicitation number is 3120003350. The RFP is scheduled to close on June 10th 2026. Vendors must monitor the Lead State's posting for any extensions or modifications in their eProcurement System. The RFP posting information is also available on the NASPO Vendor Information page at https://www.dfa.ms.gov/current-bids-and-proposals.THIS POSTING IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. ALL QUESTIONS AND PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE LEAD STATE’S PROCUREMENT OFFICE. Utah Vendors are encouraged to respond to the solicitation, even if they are only intending to provide the goods/services in the State of Utah. If the State of Utah enters into a Participating Addendum it will be for the benefit of all Utah public entities, nonprofit organizations, and agencies of the federal government, i.e. State of Utah departments, agencies, and institutions, political subdivisions (colleges, universities, school districts, special service districts, cities and counties, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts will be allowed to use this Contract.
