This Cooperative Contract is for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Equipment and Services. Electric Vehicle Charging Stations provide electric power to the vehicle and use that power to recharge the vehicle's batteries. Electric Vehicle Charging Stations systems include the electrical conductors, related equipment, software, and communications protocols that deliver energy efficiently and safely to the vehicle. This Contract gives the purchaser an array of certified Electric Vehicle Charging Stations products from qualified manufacturers/dealers and allows the purchaser the flexibility to select the most appropriate Electric Vehicle Charging StationsEquipment for their intended use. Installation and Turnkey solutions are out of scope and NOT included as a service offering under this purchasing agreement. The covered support services for maintenance and warranties are for equipment only. Customers can also purchase a cloud networking subscription only in annual installments.
