PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide Native Plant Community Restoration Services for State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture Members. The quantities and types of restoration services needed will vary depending on each project and the Project Manager’s work plan requirements. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $1,000,000 to $1,200,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months in increments determined by the State. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A virtual pre-proposal meeting will take place over Teams on May 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CT. Attendance is optional. Responders may attend the pre-proposal meeting prior to submitting their response.
