The City of Wilson (“COW” or “City”) is seeking informal proposals from qualified firms to provide natural gas supply management services. Proposals may be submitted for either or both: • An Agency Arrangement; and/or • An Asset Management Agreement (“AMA”). The selected provider will assist the City in managing natural gas supply procurement, transportation, scheduling, balancing, hedging, and related operational functions.
