Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the “Public Purchase” portal. Failure of any proposer to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such proposer from any obligation under their proposal as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the RFP and/or contract documents. All questions related to registration for and use of the “Public Purchase” portal shall be directed to Stacey Clark at stacey.clark@georgetownky.gov.
