If changes are made to this solicitation notification will be posted on NYSERDA’s website at: www.nyserda.ny.gov/funding-opportunities Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences: The primary applicant must be the entity that will own the installed EVSE. Either the EVSE owner, the EVSE network operator, or the EVSE maintenance provider must be able to demonstrate that they have experience operating, and/or providing networking services to, and/or providing maintenance service through long-term service agreements to at least 10 DCFC for at least 2 years. All incorporated entities and local governments are eligible to apply unless a state or federal restriction would prevent the award of federal funds to the entity. Applicants are limited to 8 proposals total (in any combination of AFC and/or Community sites).
