New Castle Town Hall Space Needs and Feasibility Assessment

The Town of New Castle is inviting qualified professionals to submit a proposal in regard to performing an assessment regarding the spatial needs of current and new uses for the New Castle Town Hall located at 200 South Greeley Avenue, Chappaqua, New York 10514. The selected consultant will conduct an evaluation of the workspace, public areas, storage and ancillary spaces throughout the building in order to analyze space optimization and determine potential needs for the purpose of improving efficiencies, modernizing the design to meet the needs of current and future employees, and to develop a facility that is aligned with the desires of the community as emphasized during “Envision New Castle”.
