The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide in summary, construction of new water and wastewater treatment plants, water storage tank, water mains, sewage pump station, sanitary force main, gravity sewer pipes, demolition of the existing wastewater treatment plant, new RV dump station, clearing, inspection/rehabilitation of existing sewer mains, demolition of camp sites and other improvements. Two sites will be built in separate locations of the park, but a general location is the following, 376 McAndrews Hills Road, Grantsville, MD 21536. NOTE: MES will only accept Electronic Bids on MES Procurement Portal (https://menv.bonfirehub.com/). Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted. Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department procurement@menv.com to determine if their Bids were received on time. Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22. Bids will be opened electronically in public at the date and time specified in the solicitation. Bidders can attend the bid opening through the shared link provided in this solicitation.
