The two-story law enforcement facility is constructed of C.M.U. walls along with steel stud framed walls. The floor system is concrete over metal deck over open web steel trusses. Please see IFB 53-25, New Probation Building Projects and separate attachments 1 through 7 for scope of work, submittal requirements, and all other relevant information. Project time line is 18 months from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. County Opinion of Cost: $20,800,000.00. Due to technical issues affecting access for certain pre-qualified bidders, the solicitation has been re-published on Public Purchase. The original publication date of February 17, 2026 remains unchanged for purposes of the solicitation schedule. Pursuant to the County’s pre-qualification procedures, this project is restricted to contractors who have completed the County’s pre-qualification process under RFQual IFB 53-25. Only those bidders determined to be pre-qualified through that solicitation are eligible to submit a bid and be considered for award.
