    The City of Napa (“City”) requests proposals (“Proposals”) from professional architectural firms/teams ("Consultant”) for a New Public Recreation & Aquatics Center: Architectural Planning & Design Services (“Project”) by or before Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 11:59 pm, via electronic submission through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnapa, in the manner set forth in the Request for Proposal Procedures.

    The City is specifically seeking to retain services from a professional architectural firm/team with experience in consensus-driven and comprehensive planning and design services for a new public recreation and aquatics center located at 2447 Old Sonoma Road, Napa, CA 94558.

    The Consultant shall be an architectural firm, licensed to practice in the State of California, whose firm/team demonstrates a strong background and depth of experience in planning, programming, design and construction of public recreation and aquatic facilities.
