(CT) Central Time on the date due. 1. Please make sure that the response is in a sealed envelope marked with the following: • Request for Qualifications Title • Name of Company submitting Bid • Address of Company submitting Request for Qualifications • Phone number of Company submitting Request for Qualifications 2. Please notify security officer that you are there to drop off an Request for Qualifications with the City Secretary's office. The front desk downstairs will notify the City Secretary's office and provide instructions to drop-off the package. 3. All persons should wait until instructions are provided by the front desk to time-stamp the envelope, make a copy of it and bring it back to you.
