    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      Each Bidder must meet and provide proof of the following qualification(s) in order to be considered for the Award:

    • Has your company provided electrical test equipment and calibration services to public utilities, industrial facilities, or large commercial clients for at least three (3) years? (required)
    • If yes, please submit a minimum of three (3) references for prior contracts similar in scope and size, demonstrating similar work performed for at least one (1) year for each reference. (required)

      Each submitted reference must include: (1) the duration of the contract with start and end dates, (2) the total dollar value of the contract, and, (3) a description of the services provided. The submitted list of references must demonstrate a combined minimum of three (3) years total experience.
