Duval County Public Schools (the “DCPS”, “District” or “Owner”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to interested firms for the purpose of selecting a firm to provide comprehensive Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Venetia Elementary School (New K-5) replacement project. The scope of services includes preconstruction, demolition, long lead procurement coordination, owner-furnished equipment integration, and complete construction under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. Services will be provided in alignment with Florida Statute 287.055 (CCNA), the Florida Building Code, and the State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF).
