    New Walker Commercial Zero Turn Mower Model D21H with Hi-Dump bagger (or approved equivalent) The mower must include, at a minimum, the following specifications: • LP tires • DC52R-2 Deck Reverse Rotation • 20.9 HP Kubota D722 liquid cooled, diesel engine (minimum) • 10-bushel collection grass catcher • ST 7070 tires • Dual Tail wheels • Grammer Suspension seat • HD gear box • A21 Hi-Dump, electric/hydraulic system (67 inches, 20 second cycle) minimum • Warranty: Minimum of 2 years on tractor, 3 yrs/3000 hours on Drive System (whichever comes first), and 2 years on engine Service for the mower must be available within a 50-mile radius from 1300 N Kniss Ave, Luverne, MN 56156. Service must be available within a 48-hour period of time after communication with vendor. Mower must be delivered to the Minnesota Veterans Home – Luverne, 1300 N Kniss Ave, Luverne, MN, 56156, Monday – Friday (not including State holidays), between the hours of 0800 – 1400. Cost of delivery must be included in the price of the mower. Onsite training of the mower operation must be done by the Contractor at the time of delivery. One additional on-site training by the Contractor after delivery at a time agreed to between the Contractor and the State must be provided at no charge to the State.
