All work of this request must be completed to the County’s satisfaction by August 31, 2026. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CT) at Ackerman’s Grove County Park located at the address listed above. Meet at the restroom parking lot located off the main park entrance road. Attendance at the optional pre-bid meeting is not required, however, this will be bidders only opportunity to see project site, the inside of the boat wash pump house, the site conditions and to take measurements for this project with County staff present. Note: Park entrance fees will be waived for this meeting so contractors will not have to stop at the entrance booth to pay to enter for this meeting.
