    Washington County is seeking bids to provide and install a new well, well pump and associated electrical work for a new boat washing station at Ackerman’s Grove County Park located at 4875 County Hwy Z, West Bend, Wisconsin 53095 (Town of Polk). This project generally consists of installing a new well, well pump and associated electrical work for a new boat washing station constructed at Ackerman’s Grove County Park. The boat wash pump house is already constructed and is ready for the water system to be installed as part of this request. Bids must be submitted electronically through DemandStar using the bid forms provided for this request and partial bids will not be allowed unless otherwise stated. All work of this request must be completed to the County’s satisfaction by August 31, 2026. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CT) at Ackerman’s Grove County Park located at the address listed above. Meet at the restroom parking lot located off the main park entrance road. Attendance at the optional pre-bid meeting is not required, however, this will be bidders only opportunity to see project site, the inside of the boat wash pump house, the site conditions and to take measurements for this project with County staff present. Note: Park entrance fees will be waived for this meeting so contractors will not have to stop at the entrance booth to pay to enter for this meeting.
